The cost of my braces were $4500, with my husband's insurance covering $1500(case by case) . That's reasonable for clear and traditional braces. Dr. Shah's facility is clean, the staff and he are professional, the temperature was suitable for the season. I was very comfortable with this team. They treat you as family and they all communicate well. They are all caring and catering. They are helpful and they all have nice personalities. I also must add everyone in the office have gorgeous teeth. His work is remarkable! I highly recommend anyone to go to Dr. Shah! I like the fact he did a permanent retainer with my bottom teeth and gave me an invisalign retainer for the daytime. Not sure if that's the same treatment for everyone, it may be accordingly by case. I'm very impressed with my final results. They give you supplies as needed, and they also give you places that you can go to get the same supplies outside of the office. They have a computer at the entrance to make it easy to check in. I've only had to wait 15 minutes once, that I can remember after signing in. Normally, once you sign you are called in immediately. They are accommodating when scheduling appointments. Dr. Shah is knowledgeable. He's the best!
About Front Desk: They are great! Everyone is friendly, professional, and caring. I must add everyone is knowledgeable in the office. They are clean and on point. Dr. Shah has his own, his staff, and my teeth looking fabulous! Everyone is approachable and kind with everything. Everyone in the office can answer any and all questions. Overall, I had a great experience and I would not change a thing with Dr. Shah's staff! His work is remarkable!
