During the extraction I awoke in the middle of the procedure with his knee in my chest and him screaming to his assistant (another male and the only other person in the entire office), "She is coming out of it". After the extraction was completed he made the comment "Those teeth were hard to extract", and then sent out into the street, while still under the influence of the drugs he used to knock me out. Why was his knee in my chest? I was never instructed to have my teeth cleaned for the entire 2 years, suffered with abscesses during his treatment, and now my mouth is destroyed! What he has done was and is criminal.
