I was referred to Mr. Bontempi by another person in the dental business. At the first meeting Bontempi was all business, in the business of making the most amount of money he could get, very much like a car salesmen. I new what I needed to have done but Bontempi tried to up sell me from three implants to five.His bedside manner was not in the interest of my overall well being. I should have moved on from Him but i made the mistake of trusting Him and I ended up losing big time approx: $18,000.00 for His shabby dental implant service. I paid for bone grafting on the three teeth but I believe after the fact that Bontempi either did none or not enough to support a proper foundation for the most important part of implants. He did take x-rays prior to releasing me back to my family dentist for the finish work, the capping of His implants. About one and a half years later during a regular cleaning of my teeth and examination after the cleaning My regular dentist found that something did not look right with my implants. My dentist informed me that My implants were falling out of position and they were going to fail and fall out sometime in the near future, My dentist requested the final x-rays from Bontempi office and it clearly
About Front Desk: showed a lack of bone grafting . Bontempi should have known this before He released me for the finished work of capping the implants. I tried to sue Bontempi but the law says you have to prove negligence {intent} I now have no recourse but live with it
