Had several expensive 700$ crowns put in by Dr. Lo. Which, upon switching dentists, i discovered had open margins... basically rendering them useless and susceptible to decay. I had to fork out another $800 each to have them redone properly. Dr Lo could never muster enough manners to say hello before he would stick his fingers in my mouth. Nor would he explain anything to me, or answer my questions.... The only reason I continued to go to him is his assistant - who was helpful and tried to make up for his shortcomings.

Though Dr. Lo achieves satisfactory results, he does so only through rough practices and sticking it to you at every point. He has terrible bedside manner, as he lets it be known that you are only something he can profit off of. His payment policies are abstruse - he'll send you a bill without detailing what the payment is for. There are much better dentists in SF.

Dr. Lo is a good dentist! He is wonderful! Cost is fair. Definitely will go back again!

This system is pretty poor because even though I do not have a dentist, I must still review them to see other reviews. Therefore I must extend my comments to be able to see what you all wrote. The system is really asking me to write a hell of a lot of words which is a probelm because I have nothing really to say.

Dr. Lo is excellent and i like the fact that he has two locations (one in the inner mission and one in the outer mission). The inner mission location is the newest (at 17th b/t valencia and mission) and that is the location I have been to--highly recommend him and his staff.
