I am a three time stem cell cancer patient with RA and many other conditions. Dr. Alter is the kindest, most patient, pain free, professional dentist and human being.Because of my medical condition the roots of my teeth have rotted out. Dr. Alter has given me painfree root canals, where I don't even feel the pain needle going in. His chairside gentleness puts you at ease ad I actually feel myself lose my normal tense feeling and just let him do what has to be done. He works with your insurance ,and gives you many payment options. The facilities are spotless, to the point that if a techniction walks out of the room to get a different instrument, she chances her gloves when she comes back in as does Dr. Alter. I would highly recommend Dr. Alter and his office to anyone who doesn,t think there are still dentist around that care more about you as a person not a number. Dr. Alter has never made me wait, keeps punctual appointments, and even has Sunday hours. Do your self a favor and try the best.
About Front Desk: Beverly is a gem. She works with telling you what insurance will cover. She also always is finding a time that is good for you. Her sense of humor and kindness is a preview of what you can expect from all the staff.
