Had to find a new dentist after my old dentist closed. Searched online and luckily after reading his web page and reviews I picked Dr Scott Dubowsky. After years of neglect and being scared of going to the dentist for the most part, xrays revealed I had 8 cavity's! The result of not flossing. I soon found that the staff is super friendly and efficient. Had a cleaning. No pain (unlike my previous experiences). Over the next several weeks Dr Scott Dubowsky took care of all my cavities. Again, virtually pain free and excellent work. They taught me the importance of flossing and I am now a regular patient and couldn't be happier! Cudos to the Dr and his staff.

I was having problems with one of my wisdom teeth so I went in to see the doctor. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There was little wait time and scheduling the appointment was easy. I was told the doctor would have to look at my X-rays before agreeing to extract my wisdom tooth since he is not a specialist. Once my X-rays were done the doctor showed me them while explaining that my tooth was very close to the nerve in my jaw and that he would feel more comfortable referring me to an oral surgeon, because if not done right it could result in permanent numbness of my jaw. Since I was in pain and my tooth was partially covered by a flap of my gum the doctor used an antibacterial solution to rinse the area and help keep it clean and feel better. The doctor was extremely friendly and I felt fully informed. I am a very anxious person when it comes to the dentist, but the doctor and his staff made me feel at ease, and I plan on returning for the rest of my dental work. Many doctors would have just done the procedure themselves, but Dr Dubowsky was looking out for my well being and made the decision that was best for me. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a competent, trustworthy and personable dentist.

I recently moved to this area and was looking for a local dentist to replace my upper denture. I met with Dr Dubowsky and was provided with several afordable options I could choose from. Once I made my decision on which procedure worked best for me I made a follow up appointment. His staff are very pleasant and friendly and they were able to book appointments for me that worked into my busy schedule, In less than 5 weeks I now have a beautiful smile thanks to Dr Dubowsky. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for a dentist who really cares about his patients and does the best for them. You won't be disappointed, I know I wasn't. Thanks Dr Dubowsky.

Dr. Dubowsky is just the best! I was recently in need of services on a Sunday - and with a smile and within an hour, I met Dr. Dubowsky at his office and in no time the matter had been rectified - with no cost to the patient! Imagine that!!
Dr. Dubowsky has been praciticing for many years ahd his knowledge, experience and confidence in making sure that his patients are completely satisfied - with a determined attention to detail - is second to none. I highly recommend him to anyone - young and old - for any type of necessary treatment. He is one fine dentist.
About Hygienist: Dr. Dubowsky's office staff is quite professional. Amy, his dental assistant, is personable and Barbara, the hygenist, is excellent. There is no better pair in any dental office.

Let me first say that I have always been afraid of the dentist. I don't know why, I just have... Dr. Scott and his staff did such an amazing job of making me feel relaxed and the service and care I received has truly helped to eliminate my fears. I had some real pain, and Dr. Scott helped me to figure out the problem, correct it, and get on my way towards a healthy mouth. I live in NYC, and the rates there are twice as much! After a friend recommended Dr. Dubowsky, I will do the same to all of you.
About Hygienist: Barbara was so sweet and funny when I came in for a follow-up visit and cleaning. Dr. Scott came in to see my progress, and he (and I) were very happy with the results.

I am so happy that I found this site. Dr. Scott has been in charge of my dental health since 1990. This is the only place on earth where going to the dentist is not a bad experience. I was not born with the greatest set of choppers, but with Dr. Scott's guidance I have managed to keep what other dentists had not yet yanked out. I am very nosey and always want to know what he is doing, he has never hesitated to explain the procedures and always puts me at ease. He also has an uncanny talent of understanding what I am saying with my mouth full of instruments. He and his staff are like family to me. Amy (Dental Assistant) is a delightful young woman who always seems to remember the things we talked about 6 months ago and is genuinely interested in what ever I have to say. In a world where we have all become a number, this is a welcome characteristic in a dental practice. In all honesty, you could not ask for a better dentist, or a more hospitalble staff - Kudos to you Dr. Scott, Barbara and Amy, I look forward to another 18+ years of sitting in your chair!!!
About Hygienist: Because of my "not so great set of choppers," I've lived my life in a dental chair and I've had enough exposure to both Dentists and Hygienists to consider myself an expert. I truly believe Barbara is a master at her craft, she is the Grand Dame of Hygienists - totally painless, bloodless and extremely effective at getting my teeth to look like pearls.

Wonderful work by dentist. Horrendous service by staff.Pretty pain - free , absolutley no complaints about dr. dubowsky. However it wouldn't hurt if his medical assistants were a little more pleasant.Definatley not the nicest people i have ever encountered.
