This is the worst dental experience I have ever seen! My child is ten years old. He went in for a filling, he was scared as most children are at the dentist. Instead of explains or even addressing My son to make him feel confident that everything would be ok he tells him he has five seconds...then as I'm telling him to wait a moment so I can explain this process to Landen to calm him down, the doctor speaks over me and starts to hold his mouth open to insert the needle. Landen freaks out bc the doctors harsh, unprofessional approach...then the doctor screams at him right in front of my face...telling him to open his mouth right now....he scared the living crap out of my son to the point that he ran out of the room crying his eyes out!!!! The assistant even had a shocked looked on her face! I immediately told him to get away from my son...his response was "get him out of here then, he can go some place else" I was stunned!!!! We proceeded to argue bc I was so furious!!! It wasn't until I mentioned turning him into the state of New Jersey dental association that he even apologized for his unacceptable actions. He told me that he always yells at his young patients bc wooing them does not work and that's what he was taught! unreal!!!!

He totally messed up my dentures and made me look like a horse. When I confronted him about this, he refused to fox it, and he lied to my insurance company about this. He claimed he offered to make me a new one, which he clearly did not. Also, he is a racist..he wrote to the insurance company that I do not understand English (which I clearly DO)..my belief is that he made this assertation, due to the fact that I'm an Asian-American. Also, he took 5 Months to get this far, when many other dentists have informed me that this procedure should take About 3 Weeks...this dentist was just trying to milk my insurance company to get paid More....every tooth he pulled, he took About 2 Hours, because of his incompetence, and I got an infection Every Time. He is absolutely the worst, and rudest dentist, or doctor in general, that I have ever come across. I would suggest nobody go to this provider. He lied to my Credit Card company as well, and therefore messed up my credit report, because when I disputed The Charges, due to the fact the dentures were unwearable, and he refused to fix them, he Told them that I can't Speak English Properly and that he actually offered to replace them....patent LIE
