He does not do the job himself. His office operate part of the week only. He uses his technicians. The work of technician is not reliable, because he is overbooked and the time presure results in multiple return for correction, which is frustrating because you must call again and make appointment for correcting the mistake. The office environment is not friendly to the kids because they blame the kids not following their instruction.
About Front Desk: If you call for any reason, they just get the information, and tell you they call you back with answer but they never do. They do not follow up with. You cannot get to know them because they constantly change. The office seems to have very poor rate of retention.
