Dr Low is an extremly knowledgable physician.
Over the years he has managed to build a practice that is both clinically sound, and administratively effective. Unlike many in the clinical areas , he userstands that working professionals require appointments that start on time, end on budget, and are completed to expectation.
I have had root canals, bridges, and general denistry procedurers. In each instance he was very succinct before the procedurers with the options, and then with his recommendation.
It is important to note that many physicans have difficulty when patients do not necessarily agree with a particular clinical recomendation. Dr. Low understands that the patient is the customer, and that the patient makes the final decision.
Dr. Low has consistently continued his education in the field . He takes his educaiton serioulsy, and as a patient I apprecite his vigilence in this area.
From a customer service perspective, he will always speak with you during the day. Many physicians will attempt to use the front office to gently screen , and determine the quality of your call.
He is very effective with children, and seniors.
