I've been to a lot of dentists in my day and I think Dr. Medrano does an excellent job with my kids; they are totally calm when there - the staff is patient and Dr. Medrano is prudent yet effective in her treatment. For example, the baby tooth with a cavity that was about to fall out - she chose not to fill, and that's something I completely agreed with. No complaints here.

Had my cleanings done by the doctor excellent job and staff are very friendly especially staff member by the name maggie. Will recommend anyone.

I recently took my 3-year old son to Dr. Medrano for a regular check up and a cleaning. The facility is not luxurious and rather simple, but all the staff were very courteous and nice, and Dr. Medrano performed a pain-free check up and cleaning to my son, who had a great time. I will also mention that her office is right across from the Van Vorst Park in Jersey City, which was a great added value, to reward my son after his visit to the dentist.

Dr.Melanie Medrano and her staff are the worst people to rely on. Whether you have an appointment or not, they are almost always closed. To make it even worse they never seem to answer the telephone.
It is very annoying to drive all the way to her office only to find out that she never even opened the office that day.
This dentist office is HORRIBLE!
