Dr. Kimberly Benton Lucas makes going to the dentist more like a walk in the park. She makes sure you are comfortable (seating, lighting, oiled lips), and describes the procedures to you. The whole process from start to finish is made simple and you leave knowing in six months, you would not mind coming back for your half yearly.
She is trully experienced in making her patients healthy orally as well as making the experience pleasant. I have referred dozens of friends and family to her and will continue to do so because of her excellence.

I must start out by saying that I am a veteran dental patient. Before I turned 30 my mouth had endured countless cavities, a half-dozen root canals and a dozen crowns.
Under the care of Dr. Benton I've had multiple crowns, fillings and a bridge . Dr Benton is capable, kind and comforting. She takes time to explain procedures before performing them. When laying out a treatment plan, she did not overwhelm me with a two year plan, but reviewed the first few procedures in detail and said we could go over the rest as we progressed. A relief to me as I have atleast 5 years of work to be done (less if I did not have to wait for insursance, but I am double covered).
She refers out endodontic work.
I whole heartedly recomnend her.

super, no pain i thunk she is the best dentist i ever went to...go to dr benton ...but she is no longer at sutter st...she is in daly city...now....her own pratice....not with dr. lucas any more
