My review is not specific of Dr. Lucas, as appointments made specifically with Dr. Lucas rarely result in an appointment with Dr. Lucas. The office is the worst kind of dental mill, with a group of indiscriminate dentists who do nothing to ensure they consistently follow your case or know the individual patient. The dentists also tend to be non-native speakers of English, which would be fine if they were thoroughly familiar with the patient, but they are not.
