Just another dentist trying to squeeze out as much money from you as he can. Went to him cause my usual trusted dentist was out on holiday and I had some pain.
He said I needed a crown. I let him do it and the temporary crown he inserted caused extreme amounts of pain. When I go in to get the permanent crown, he's already talking about a root canal. He also already knows exactly how much my insurance will cover and has already maxed out my insurance.
He's the first dentist I know of who knows my insurance inside out, my usual dentist leaves that to the receptionist.
This guy seriously lacks empathy but knows how to play the part. Don't be fooled. I also overheard him with his other patients and they were all receiving crowns also, that's not a coincidence.
Had my usual dentist look at my teeth and the x-rays. He tells me that Alan Jacobs has just ripped me off.
I went to Jacobs because he had some good reviews, but he's just a con man that knows how to act like he cares. Again, don't be fooled by this guy.

Overall Dr. Alan Jacob is a young denist who has a great understanding of his resposiblities. The facility is clean and the staff are wonderful. They make you feel welcome. So far all worked performed by Alan DDS I have been satisfied.I love that they explain what work is need and they don't pressure you into beleiving procedure are needed. I beleive many people don't attend their dentist yearly due to financial burdens or emotional experiences. Alan is accompanied by and older doctor with much more life experience. Which make this location works.
