Horrific experience! Went in for a routine cleaning and exam. They billed my insurance incorrectly, by $500! Rather than rectify the situation in a professional manner they billing staff was awful! Spoke with Brenda. Refused to accept responsibility for their mistake! Um, hello, Im not the one who billed the insurance company-you were! I wonder how many other patients are being robbed but arent organized enough to realize! STAY AWAY!

I love the staff at Parsippany Dental Care. Dr. Gross always takes the time to answer all my questions. He is very gentle and kind, which is very important to me. I get me teeth cleaned here every six months and I always see the same faces working there. They are good people!!!

I know this doctor: over 25 years!
