First crown I have had so I didn't know what to expect. Took at least 5 hours...think about that for a moment. Began having jaw problems and headaches. Took 5 years to figure out it was this crown that was way too big. Paid extra for a gold crown because I'm allergic to other metals, turns out it apparently wasn't gold after all. Just paid another dentist $1000 to fix it. I was begging to just have it , pulled but he insisted he knew what he was doing. Allergy is gone and it fits perfect. Believe me the headaches were awful and had no idea it was crappy dental work. Buyer beware. And after sitting in the chair mouth wide open @ 3 hours, I began involuntarily swallowing (reflexes) and she had the nerve to snap at me to stop it. Paid bill. Then they decided to add additional charges and billed me for more! Crazy!

Worst crown I have ever seen, sadly it was in my mouth. My front tooth, it was also worst crown my current dentist who is fixing it has ever seen. I can't even believe I was charged for this. Actually charged twice as her husband or billing clerk kept calling...never ever would I go there again. Huge mistake. Be warned.

We had work done and were told what we owed from what insurance didn;t cover. We payed and were told he had zero balance. then we keep getting bills for the exact amount we payed. Frendi offce says this is what insurance didn;t pay. We were told we had zero balance but now they keep wanting more money. This was second time this happened. First time we thought there must have been a mistake. Apparently this is a common thing we have found out.
