Dr. Rainieri, is a complete .., I was seeing Dr Trafecante in his office the root canal he was doing broke off prior to finishing, Dr. Trafecante credited me the entire amount of the root canal a very professional gesture to my surprise, as I continued work with Dr. Trafecante in Rainieri's practice everything was fine, then 9 months after the root canal credit was issued Rainieri calls me up screaming at me that I had no right to receive a credit and he was billing me back the$900 which he did do, by far the most unprofessional thing I have ever seen from a medical professional. Now 2 years later I am sill trying to get a check mailed to me in the amount of $225, which is the credit I had prior to stopping my visits to his office. Dr. Rainieri and his wife who called me threatening to have me arrested if I kept trying to get my refund, that there is no way they are refunding me any money of which I have a signed letter from their office dating back to 2012 that a refund is due to me, these people are true dirt bags, how he is able to practice medicine in this state is beyond me. My advice to anyone is to stay away from him and Advanced Dental in Toms River he isn't even man enough to call me himself he has his wife do it.
About Front Desk: Debbie his front desk manager, she will sweetie pie and honey you to death, then fabricate missed appointments with her computer. Make sure you get receipts from her especially if you pay cash and check the receipt before you leave she is a true bottom feeder
