The front office is terrible. Scheduling is disorganized, appointments have been made and not entered into the scheduling calendar. Insurance billing is completely disfunctional, sometimes taking months to resolve issues on 4 seperate visits by myself and my family. After 3 years, my family and I will no longer go to this dentist. I DO NOT recommend this dentist.

The treatments and professional work is great. There are some issues we've had will billing and submittals to our insurance.

I had been to 6 dentists before Robert. He is the best. I would recommend him to all.

Dr. Bachicha is a fine dentist and a nice person. The woman at the front desk, however, has a terrible attitude and is inept at properly keeping books and submitting to insurance. Out of the two times I've been to the office, she's screwed up both times. Again, though, Dr. Bachicha is a good dentist and I have no complaints with him personally.
