Wants your money. Will perform unnecessary procedures (whitening teeth he's going to cap in several weeks; ordering retainer before his work is complete--so was useless). Slipshod office practices by himself and staff (never ensured patient was pre-medicated; always wore latex gloves despite warning of latex allergy clearly indicated on front of chart). Result was horrendous: he could not deliver what he promised and I left with more problems than when I entered. Cost was exorbitant ; I'm living with results because of possible costs to correct--if the problems can be corrected. Does not provide discount for cash--you pay same amount as patients who charge--and for which he has to pay a hefty fee (as well as what the patient pays to the credit company). This is just another example of his scam techniques: profit over patient.

About Front Desk: Professional--and very pushy. Has gotten scamming down to an art. Have twice requested copies of my medical records--which Garcia, Joanne would not provide, but which I am entitled to under HIPAA. Next step would have been to engage expensive legal help--which I decided against and which this office probably counts on.

About Hygienist: One star. different hygienist each time I had teeth cleaned. Very poor cleaning; when I could not floss before appointment, I left office having to floss myself. useless for cleaning, but SOP was to try to add procedures to bill that were not warranted? careless about checking for pre-meds and not wearing non-latex gloves. One would bury my face in her generous breasts. very uncomfortable.

Dr Garcia is an outstanding Dentist. He is great at what he does. He does not quit until the work is perfect. I recommend Dr Garcia for any Dental service. He has over 30 years of experience and it shows. He is very pleasant and professional. he is highly confident at what he does.

About Front Desk: 5 stars. the front desk team is outstanding and friendly. they do their best to help you with all your needs and questions.

About Hygienist: 5 stars The hygienist is excellent as well. Very gentle and knowledgeable.

Hands down the best dentist I have ever encountered!! I am compelled to post a review about Dr Garcia because when I began consulting with him for my oral hygiene and dental treatments, I finally was able to have comfort and confidence in a dentist! I have had many problems with my teeth from a very young age, and had suffered under other dentists while they performed many treatments. For the last 25 years I have been seeing Dr Garcia (and all of his office staff) and my experiences have been all extremely positive! I think one of the most helpful qualities of this highly professional practice is the compassion with which the exams and treatment are done. They provide explanation of what is to be done in exam, education about the problems found, treatment options with detailed information as well as opportunity for questions and answers, as well as financial options available for the costs. He has always had an extremely high standard of care from day one, and will not settle for less than COMPLETE patient satisfaction! When I am in the office, no matter whether for a cleaning or something much more involved, I am always respected and listened to. I highly recommend Dr Garcia as your answer to dental care!

About Front Desk: It's always a welcoming experience to enter Dr Garcia's office, thanks to the receptionist and Office Manager at the desk. They have always provided accurate estimates prior to care and accommodate follow up appointments easily. I appreciate the personal greetings and empathy expressed daily!

About Hygienist: Although the hygienists have occasionally changed over the many years I have been cared for at this office, every one of them was of high standard and treated me with gentle and thorough professionalism!

Dr. Garcia is wonderful!! I have been seein him since I had teeth, and he has always been so professional, kind, and gentle. My teeth are strong and healthy because of Dr. Garcia and his staff. My 7 year old daughter has been seeing him now since she was about 2 years old. She actually enjoys going to the dentist, and visiting Dr. Garcia! He is by far the best dentist in the state, and I would recommend him to anyone who wants the best dental experience by the most talented and professional dentist I have ever met.

I used to go to any dentist for regular cleaning -- but no longer. I went to Dr. Garcia because he could do everything: extraction, bone graft, beautiful bridge, crowns, good advice. The first time I went to see him for cleaning, I was surprised and skeptical about the cost, but in hindsight, I realize the value of the up front clear and complete information he and his staff gave me. I knew I needed big time help, and I did pay a lot of money beyond insurance. Dr. Garcia is out of network for me still today -- but I choose to go to him for everything. I hear the truth, get plenty of help deciding what to do (or not), and can make my choices. Dr. Garcia works effectively and efficiently -- as does his staff. I am willing to pay for the best -- it's an investment that he helps me maintain. He is an honest, caring person and an excellent dentist. For me, cheaper is not better.
