My husband is going thru Chemo and during this time my husband lost some of his teeth Dr Heflin made it possible for Ron to Smile Again even tho this journey continues for us my husband has a beautiful smile Thank you Dr Heflin

About Front Desk: The lady that answers the phone is so pleasant but the lady that discusses the billing and takes your payment is not very pleasant She does not even acknowledge you by your name The last visit I walked up to the desk and asked if we owe anything even tho the Bill was paid in full prior She replied "What" I asked do we owe anything she said I didn't get a paper on you so no Didn't even say Goodbye or Thank you Not the first time she acted like this.

About Hygienist: Gloria cleaned Ron's teeth and she is the most caring and wonderful person

Dr. Helfin may be a great doctor once you're able to see him but his staff does not answer the phone nor return messages. Terrible front desk customer service is costing this practice patients.

Dr. Heflin is friendly, gentle, and skilled. And his staff is just as great.

About Front Desk: Vicki is incredible with managing the office, scheduling, and accurate billing.

I went to Dr Heflin completely asymptomatic. He said that he saw a tooth that needed some work and after his work I had a horrible toothache for the entire Christmas holiday. Back in his office he recommends a root canal. Seems like after a root canal i should feel better, right? No...I still have a toothache!!!!! He refers me to another dentist for an evaluation and I am told that I need to redo the root canal. I ask Dr Heflin for some money back...he is very very expensive...I paid over a thousand for my work with him, but he says no, can you believe it? I would never recommend this dentist to even my enemy...he is lousy and overpriced.

1Root Canel 2 Crowns and anything else he could charge me for. Dr Heflen dropped the crown in my mouth and I almost sowlled it. After two weeks I was in a lot of pain and the person who answred the phone said too bad everyone handle pain different, and there was nothing they could do. Went to another dentest and I had an infection

Tom is the best! Tom has cared for my teeth since 1985. My child who is now 9 has seen him several times already but like my husband, he will probably not need much in the way of dental care for some time. me on the other hand would not have my smile if it wasn't for Tom - genes you know

I have been a patient of Dr. Tom's for over 25 years. He is kind and gentle and all his work has been perfect. My own brother is a dentist and he always admires the work when I viksit him. The best in Albuquerque as far as me and my family are concerned!

Dr. Heflin is a great dentist. He has always taken the best care of me. He is kind and gentle and all of his staff are wonderful.

Dr. Heflin's office is run with efficiency and patient satisfaction in mind. He usually runs on time. His work (from my experience) is very good. It can sometimes take a while to get in for cleaning.
