I would not recommend this dentist to others. He and his staff are very nice and my family stayed under his care more years than we should have because we really liked the hygienist. His decision to perform 3 root canals rather than to refer me to an Endodontist caused me loss of income, pain and suffering due to the necessity of having multiple procedures to correct the problems. He did not have the high tech equipment necessary to do the job correctly and an Endodontist had to complete and correct his work. He also made a set of partials for another family member that never fit correctly and we had them remade by another dentist.

Dr. Hutchins is a superb dentist. His facilities are comfortable, not flashy. He took care of my 80+ year old Dad when his dentures broke, coming in on his day off even! I've tried other dentists in Albuquerque and would never go to anyone else after being treated by Dr. Hutchins. Many of my co-workers feel the same way, driving across town or from the west side to see him.

Dr.Hutchins was a nice man and with my braces my formal dentist didn't care and he wouldn't push to hard and he was a kind man.
