Dr. Kuligowski has been my dentist for several years, and he is the most pain conscientious dentist I have ever visited. I've had several crowns by him, and am happy with all his work. He seems to accept most insurance plans, and is a PPO for at least Delta Dental. He is friendly and has an easy-going chair-side manner. The front desk personnel are helpful and courteous. The only downside I encountered is that if refunds are due the patient, he/she will have to remind the staff (and the refund is then prompt).
