Dr. Mondragon is a kind person and a good dentist. BUT HER OFFICE STAFF IS HORRIBLE!!!! I am unemployed - and with a payment plan set up with her office assistant and Dr. Mondragon, everything was going fine. There was no payment for one month because my mother was in the hospital. We notified the entire office staff and Dr. Mondragon. Everything seemed fine. Then, her business manager rudely sent a cowardly letter stating the office was unsatisfied with the payment situation and asked that I not return. If you are in any kind of financial trouble (nowadays, who isn't), DO NOT, DO NOT go to Dr. Mondragon - her office staff is completely unsympathic, rude, disrespectful, and completely inconsiderate to any personal problems. We were never inconsistent with paying, and with a family problem of my mother in the hospital once, they claimed to understand and were appreciative of my payment, only to send such a horrible letter later. Find any other dentist - a better dental office with more professional people than her office manager. What kind of people are so inconsiderate as to not care when an unemployed person who still manages to make payments, and is still treated in such a way - and in such a cowardly way, too.

Very kind, patient, very detail orientated and very caring, her office staff is wonderful too..great with children and adults. I would highly recommend her.

Excellent chair side manner by MD/hygienists. Cost is reasonable. Front desk staff very professional.
