I went to Dr Rose for a new partial and denture - he made them a bright white color I did not approve - because of this it would require me to cap/crown all of my remaining teeth in order to match - a cost in the thousands. He did not tell me he was doing this - I then went back to try them on - his staff verbally abused me telling me if I didn't like - that Dr Rose could not help me and to leave with my ugly brown teeth. I have contacted the NM Dental Association over 3 months ago for a peer review - Dr Schrimpsema said it would occur but I'm still waiting. Dr Rose has my money - I want it returned - I will NEVER be abused again and this includes by a dentist. Now I need dental work and Dr Rose will not release my funds so I can seek professional and kind medical help elsewhere.
About Hygienist: Too bad his Hygenist works there she's got a whole lot more class, professionalism and empathy than anyone else in the office.

Dr. Rose has been my dentist for more than 15 years. Until recently the services Dr. Rose and team provided was regular check-ups and occasionally taking care of a cavity or two. About a year ago I had an accident that damaged several of my front teeth. Dr. Rose and team took great care of me as we worked through the process of getting everything repaired. They discussed the various treatment options available to me and answered all of my questions. To complete the treatment it required several office visits and a lot of work which they made as comfortable as possible. Some of the treatment required me to see a specialist and Dr. Rose provided me with referrals and also took the time to contact the doctors to discuss my treatment plan. After all the work was done (two crowns, a bridge and 5 veneers later) I can smile again and am so pleased with the results. To top it all off, my insurance company was very difficult to deal with and Dr. Rose's team spent many hours communicating (phone calls, letters etc) with them to get the claims approved. Dr. Rose and team were so kind to me during a very rough time and I greatly appreciate them for all that they did and would highly recommend them.
About Hygienist: They hygienist are friendly and put you at ease when you come in for a cleaning. They ask several questions before they begin to make sure they know of any issues or concerns and are always careful when cleaning your teeth.

I have been a very happy patient of Dr. Gregory Rose and the staff is awesome; they are very knowledgeable and friendly.
I had a good experience with my cosmetic crowns and veneers. I wanted to change my front teeth and Dr. Rose gave me options for my smile. I would recommend him to anyone the results where fabulous!
About Hygienist: I really like my Hygienist shes very gentle and understanding.
