I've never enjoyed going to the dentist, but the amazing treatment from the entire staff and my doctor especially have made every visit surprisingly wonderful! I fully recommend Dr. Sapp and the cottonwood dental office to anyone looking to have a pleasant experience in a typically painful situation!

When I started going to Dr. Sapp I was on Medicaid. I didn't feel I was being treated very well, but I just moved into Albuquerque, and wanted to stay with one dentist that was convenient. As time went on and I changed insurances this did not help, he had become very mean to me making comments that suggested I wasn't coming to take care of my teeth enough. I am a single mom, who struggled and could hardly find time to make it to the dentist. But I went as often as I could. I'm kind of a shy women and don't smile much and I cant take the entire day off to go to the dentist. The wait time at his office had always been pretty unacceptable, but I still went. The ladies up front would work with me as much as they could..thank you to them. But they do need tips on scheduling. So Why did I keep going back as often as I could? Because Dr. Sapp is a very handsome! That is all I have.. He is not very nice or gentle in any way. And he feeds off of his impatient patients and does not make it a pleasant experience. So if you are a women who is busy and does not have the entire day to spend in the dentist office, don't waste your time with this one!
About Hygienist: The lady Izy I think her name is cleaned my teeth on Saturdays to accomedate me which was nice and she never had a problem with me or my teeth. In fact she was very educational and had me flossing and rinsing religiously.

Dr. Sapp is as professional as they come. He is clearly passionate about his career. Dr. Sapp has the patient's best interest in mind and he explains each procedure clearly and concisely. The dental assistants are delightful and organized. I highly recommend pursuing dental care with Dr. William Sapp.

I have a fear of dental pain and I do not like to visit a dentist, but this guy is GREAT!!!
He listened to my concerns and acted accordingly. He is installing a crown for me and today was my first visit; he performed a painless procedure and I do not dread my return visit.
If you want a kind, compassionate, caring dentist this is your guy; I highly recommend Dr. Sapp and his staff. I wish I would have found this guy when I first moved to ABQ. His office is just inside the main entrance to Cottonwood Mall.

Dr. Sapp is great! He has excellent "chair side" manner, and puts you at ease with his sense of humor. He also happens to be good at what he does. Not only is he my primary dentist, but he also oversaw my Invisalign treatment, which has gone very well. I don't think I've ever had a bad visit!
