Mary Rose Twohig is an excellent Dentist who always preforms outstanding Dental work !
I am a 'satisfied customer.
Also Stephany (?) one of the Dental Hygienist is also
an excellent member of the Twohig staff. She is an expert of her craft/business and her kindness proceeds her.

I am extremely happy with Mary Twohig. She is great and all the staff has been as well. All the services I have every needed have gone beyond my expectations. I do not have any complaints and have been a patient of hers for several years now.

This dentist is horrible, I do not recommend her, save yourself some time and lots of money and go to someone else who actually cares about their patients. Visiting Maryrose Twohig was by far the worst experience I've ever had at any Dentist office. They completely took advantage of me, a person who is new to the insurance world by rushing me into the dentist office without making sure my insurance successfully ran through. Come to find out my insurance was not covered there, I had to weep the percussion by paying a very large bill that my insurance would have covered otherwise. I will never make that mistake again. What bothered me most was how unwilling they were to work with me after they should have taken responsibility. As a dentist office, it should be their job to make sure the insurance gets ran through way before the time of the appointment. It bothers me even more because come to find out they originally filled it under the wrong insurance the first time around (under my fathers plan which I used to be on a year before all this), after I told them to actually file it under my insurance (which I've had for about a year already) they still charged me the same amount after filling it under mine (which is understandable that my insurance still didn't cover it) but because it was their screw up they should take responsibility and waive it but they aren't taking any responsibility for it whatsoever.

About Front Desk: Most excellent!Dot has been most helpful for many years with fitting me in when I needed to be seen and/or changing apt times and helping with dental Insurance questions.
About Hygienist: Excellent!Thoughtful, thorough, great follow through. Firm enought techniques to provide a clear feeling in all area, crowns permant bridge etc.

Our family has used Dr. Twohig for routine cleanings and fillings. Dr. Twohig and her staff are very friendly and professional. They were particularly particularly good with my 3 year old son's first trip - he now loves going to the dentist.
The front desk staff is pleasant, appointments are easily scheduled within a week or two, and they have handled insurance claims accurately.
Dr. Twohig shares the practice with her father (also Dr. Twohig). When we called the after hours number with an emergency, we did not get a recording or answering service - Dr. Twohig (the father was on call) actually answered the phone personally, and directed us in the apprioriate treatment.
I would (and have) recommended the practice to others.
