I only sat down for 5 min. My jaw hurt real bad, still does. I was very unhappy with this staff. That was a surprise to me. Because in the past they were 'all' nice to me. But once I questioned this Dr. Retzer he turned, the assistant turned the person at the front desk turned like rattlesnakes to give a leathal 58.00 bill. Mind you for a mere 5 minutes. I have called to ask about this 58.00 bill , only to be kicked in my behind and got no call back. Money hungry? Oh yes. If they don't like you, watch it. You will see attitudes change on the way out I promise. And not a good combination with his house being on top of his office. Not good at all. I will have to call the insurance explain what hapened & would like a explanation of my bill, since I never got a return call. And for doing NOT ONE thing to help me. But to turn on me. They will be happy that I will not return. But people beware. If you go to this dentist don't question only smie & say ok MY lovely dentist, I will. (which I was doing) . All the hate that drains from these people will leave you you drained for a week.

About Front Desk: Could have cared less & knew she was going to stick me with a 58.00 bill. I wanted to know why so much. Called left a message, no return call. But was happy to stick., my husband with the bill.

About Hygienist: She was a smart >>> when I asked retzer a question. By the time I was walking out the door, I could honestly FEEL daggers in my back. Oh, now that may have hurt more than that 58.00 dollar bill I got. And no explaining about it. My husband will have to call and ask, now that he's gotten the bill. . What low lives. I'm sure we are stuck paying this. But maybe sometimes it's better to wash your hands from all the mud and dirt pay & go somewhere else where you will be treated better. A new dentist is in, Tijeras. Someone different, couldn't be worse that this dentist. So Smile Big People, you will get your 58.00, but I will be honest to everyone that asks about him. I think he's maybe TOO old & should retire maybe? I really hate it when I get treated like this. Karma. I never do anything but pray, that YOU All be on a flight and have to crap & all the bathrooms are full! And I hope you don't have a depend. now watch

My whole experience every visit for the last two years has been exceptional from the front office to the doctors chair. This place is top notch!!

Dr Retzer is very gentle and caring. The staff is attentive, hospitable and well trained. The receptionist is friendly, well qualified and extremely helpful. She even filed my insurance claims for me. This highly professional staff goes the extra mile for the customer.

Dr. Retzer is wonderful! Very thorough, does good work and is very good with people like me who are adults but "chickens" when it comes to dental work. His staff, both office and dental are also very good and customer orientated. Am a very happy customer!
