The office staff was very helpful and curtious, I had a split tooth removed with very little pain. The nurse and doctor answered all my questions and kept me informed on every thing they were doing. I would and have recommended Dr. Hurst to all my friends.
I know this doctor: 3 weeks

I was impressed with the cleanliness and quality of the office, but the service there was horrible. I waited 2 hours past my appointment to be seen. By that time, it was getting to be lunch, so they decided not to do my cleaning, only the check up. The check up took about 2 minutes, where he looked briefly at my x-rays, and and took a quick glance in my mouth. He did not speak to me at all. How could he know where I'm in pain, and why I'm there if I don't tell him how I feel. He told the nurses to get me in for the extraction of my wisdom teeth, without asking me what I thought. Since he is the doctor that would also be doing the extraction, it really made me begin to feel like I was only a dollar sign. They scheduled me for an appointment inbetween school and work, I go to UNLV full time and also work full time. Days before my appointment, they cancelled on me, needing to reschedule. They could not get me at another time that would work with my school schedule as well as my work schedule so I just did not reschedule. I decided i would rather pay more to see a doctor outside my list of preferred providers and have a good experience than see this guy and be miserable.
