Dr Mersha works at Discovery Dental located at 7581 W. Lake Mead blvd.
I needed major dental surgery, we're talking EIGHT Implants. I visited few dentists before one finally recommended Dr Mersha, telling me such complicated procedure would require the talents of Dr Mersha.
So I visited the practice location where Dr Mersha explained to me in a clear and concise way what's involved. I opted to go for the surgery.
I was prescribed a pill to take an hour before the surgery, the pill did its magic putting me completely at ease. Then Dr Mersha assisted by the very funny and the very capable Stephanie proceeded to work on my mouth. EIGHT IMPLANTS in ONE afternoon!
Throughout the Odyssey, I have felt NO PAIN. Occasionally, a small discomfort, but shortly lived.
Later that day, at around 9 .00 PM, while I was home, Dr Mersha CALLED ME to enquire about my well-being. Something completely unheard of in the age of assembly line dentistry.
It's has been 4 days since my surgery. I am slowly moving from liquid diet to very soft food one. Post-surgery pain has been negligible. I only took 4 HALF hydrocodone pills the first 2 days and none since.
As I am entering the second phase of the procedure, I feel very comfortable that Dr Mersha is guiding through this long complicated journey.
The Staff at the practice are very friendly and very efficient. From Marie at the reception desk to the above-mentioned Stephanie, everyone is supercool!
I do highly recommend Dr Mersha. I should know: I've had problems with my teeth all my life, lived in half dozen countries in 4 continents and visited dentists in quiet few places.

I researched Dr. Mersha and found his reviews to be very credialbe. Dr. Mersha had to cap upper teeth, repace 3 bridges and do a root canal. He did a beautiful job and I always get compliments on my smile. His cocern was that I was happy with the work. His staff is so professional and very caring. He is truly a great dentist and I would recommend him to all. He will send work back to the lab if I was not happy with the color or how the fit felt. He takes his time and explains every thing. He glues nothing down or in until you look at the work in a mirror. He is not after the fact with, "I'm sorry we glued them in already. He uses good sturdy material that won't break when you eat. and he does not leave any glue residue around the bridges or teeth. Quality work, the best material and a great dentist.
About Front Desk: The entire front staff and dential assist. were kind and always professional. They scheduled, call to make sure I could keep my appt. I was given an appt. card after each visit or my next visit. The staff took care of all my insurance form and submitted. All co pay was reviewed and discussed prior to work being done. So there were no surprise's.

I was originally referred to Dr. Mersha by workmans comp insurance, so you can say at the very least I was extremely apprehensive. However, I found my fears to be completely groundless. I have been Diabetic for 27 years, so I've seen my share of dentists in my time and I can say with all confidence that Dr. Mersha is the absolute BEST EVER! He showed more concern, compassion, and an all-round complete professional. I felt more at ease in his office than at any other time in my life, as far as dental visits are concerned. Not only was I extremely impressed with him, I found his office staff to be exemplary. Will had the patience of a saint with me at times ( Dr. Mersha's office manager) and worked with both the insurance and myself to my complete satisfaction. I also need to mention his personal assistant, who I found to be very friendly and genuinely concerned with my own personal feelings regarding my treatment. I really don't think there is enough room here to say everything nice I would like to say about my visits except to say I'm now recommending everyone I know, including the customers at my store, to Dr. Mersha. I'm going to have more voluntary work done in the near future, and for the first time, I'm looking forward to it

Dr. Mersha is THE BEST, hands down. I have had to have extensive work; extractions, crowns, bridges done as I was/am a huge scaredy cat and never went to the Dentist. I found Dr. Mersha by chance, his office was on my way to work and I had had enough toothpain to last me 3 lifetimes I ventured in and have been going back ever since. He fixed me up that day and set a plan for my other problems. We were able to work out a payment arrangement for the portions not covered by my insurance. He, as well as his staff treated me great. Everyone that works there is easy going, and pleasant. I highly recommend Dr. Mersha.

The best in the city. Very comfortable with his hand and confident with his job. He treate all patient equal and respect all. He is friendly, nice and make me comfortable. The service is grate, nothing i complain about the doctor or ther service. All greate.
