I had some dental work done and when I wanted to go back and have some corrections done..the office manager in a very rude attitude said i was dismissed and couldn't go back .I am following up with the board.

I had an appointment with the doctor. I had wait an extra 20 mintues doctor sent me home after 5 mintues a waste of time and gas it took me 1 hour to get to the office and one hour to get back home. If you ask him any questions hes answer is what are you a denist.
I tried to address a few concerns and he blew them off very quickly with out paying attention to them the doctor acts like he doesnt care and doesnt stick to his word and then he told me he would do a root canal now he says he will do one of the two fillings on the top left side iam the customer and i want both fillings clean i mean if hes gonna fill one on the left side he should filling both while he is there.
And he uses cheap material for fillings but charges a lot
He did the same thing for my wisdom tooth he told me it had to come out because it was a cavitiy and then said it could be savef by a root canal but still took out the wisdom tooth.
He does not community well with patients and
or his nurse and this is how he treats me after i have going to him for many years i will be telling everyone i know not to come here very irrated with the doctor.

During the past seven years, I have driven as far as 1500 miles just to go to Dr. Navidi. My husband traveled with his job and we moved away from Las Vegas in 2005. I live in Hot Springs, AR, now, and am planning a trip back to Las Vegas for my checkup. I have refused to go to another dentist since my first visit to his office. He makes every patient feel like his day wouldn't have been complete if he/she hadn't come in. I absolutely adore him. If my generation had had dentists like Dr. Navidi, we'd have all our town eeth and not been terrified of dentists in general.

Dr. Navidi and his staff are amazing. I first started going to Dr. Navidi when I was around 27-28 years old. At that time I was petrified of dentists. I knew I had a great deal of work that had to be done to my teeth, and had to bite the bullet and seek out help. Dr. Navidi came highly recommended. All I can say is if that Doctor moved his practice 4 hours away, I would probably make the drive every time I needed to revisit the dentist just because of his overall professionalism, attention to detail, friendliness and his amazing way he has about him as well as the rest of the staff to make you feel the most comfortable you can possibly feel at the dentists. They are the absolute best! My loyalty and teeth will always be in your hands the hands of the staff at Sunset Pro. Dental. Thank you for years of the best care and advice. It's so very rare these days to find a doctor that has a great "bedside manner"...well, Dr. Navidi has it, and more should learn from him and the girls in his office.

Outstanding dentist. I'm 46 years old, and have never had a better dentist. Staff is wonderful too!

What can I say. I LoVE Dr. Navidi. Him and everyone else in his office make you feel so comfortable and I dunno how they remember everything about my life without them taking notes. I dunno about costs and stuff cuz I've been going to him since I was like 12 so my parents always took care of that, but I'd never want another dentist.
Also if you recommend someone else you can get free teeth whitening...so you could help me out too! :-)
