I had all my teeth with three teeth being loose and Dr. Perkins told me it might be better to pull all my teeth out and put implants as it would be a lifetime solution to my dental problems. He pulled all my teeth out and botched three sets of dentures. He was aware even the third set did not fit properly and made me look like a freak but refused to replace the defective set without charge after charging me over $20,000.. He then broke off with his partner and went to a new clinic using the existing Dr's name to solicit new customers on television. He would never speak to me when I complained and only relayed through his secretary or office manager to sue his partner that had nothing to do with my implants. In my opinion Dr. Perkins is the worst implant dentist in Las Vegas.

He charged my insurance for services before they were done and took months to complete, blaming it on the lab. Think the practice has serious money problems. Also go thru allot of staff which is not a good sign (exp since his staff seems very good)
About Hygienist: Only works one day a week and half the time you schedule with the hygienist and you get the doctor. An assistant would do a better cleaning

had 6 implants done 4 were unsuccessful and required redo by another dentist. He overcharged for work he had to have redone. I believe he does not know what he is doing. I believe He just bought a practice since he could not succeed otherwise. Tyhe guy is a joke and a danger to the community if his work on me is any example.
