Outstanding practice. Dr. Polley takes time with his patients, as does his entire staff. Dr. Polley listens to his patients and makes recommendations that meet our needs. Would not go any where else. We have also recommended others to him. They are pleased as well!

The dentist is a nice gentlemen who is efficient and timely. However, his staff lied about consulting my insurance company regarding what was and was not covered. They insisted I pay everything upfront and would be reimbursed with a check through my insurance company, and printed out spreadsheets showing how the services would be covered by each insurance company. They in fact did not contact my insurance and gave me the wrong type of filling. Very little was covered by my insurance, and I put over $2000 on my credit card and received a bill in the mail for almost $300. This covered a crown and 2 fillings. His fees are exuberant and I was in pain for days.
About Hygienist: The newest hygienist is at best a sadist who enjoys inflicting pain on everyone who falls victim of sitting in her chair. After a few minutes with her, you will not desire or have the ability to eat solid foods for days, no matter how well you brush or floss regularly.

Dr. Polley's work is good, though his prices seem a little high. He loves high-tech, computer-based gadgets, but they do seem useful in the practice. One gets the impression that he keeps up to date by means of a lot of continuing education.
