i had a really messed up mouth for not seeing a dentist in several years. he did an exam of my mouth and outlined what he wanted to do. it was the best thing i ever did seeing him. not only did he do everything he said he would he explained everything along the way and left me with no questions and no worries. very stress free. best dentist ever. have sent my entire family to him. he worked with both of my insurances and when i didnt have any set up a payment plan that was very resonable. best bed side manner ever. definetly would recommend him to anyone who needs a dentist and have done so.
About Front Desk: best ever. very nice and freindly.get you in if you have an emergency almost same day.

This dentist office is fine if your insurance will cover everything.
If you have no insurance, don't even think about going to this dentist!
You are required to pay up front if you can't get complete financial coverage on a Care Credit card, which today is not likely unless you have perfect credit. The costs are huge for something like a bridge, or an implant. 2 bridges just under $10,000! 1 bridge $4686.
Nothing is disclosed on the paperwork about NEVER being able to get a refund of advanced monies for services NOT completed for any reason. It is impossible to simply pay for the services rendered and get your advanced money returned for any procedure not completed.
This happens even when you have not been fitted for the part, and the dentist has not ordered the part.
No person should owe for services, if the service has not been: fitted, the part has not been ordered, and the dentist has not completed the work. Any advanced monies for a procedure not completed should be returned!
I was told that I would have to pay for my bridge even if I never had impressions made and never had the bridge inserted. I was told advanced money is never returned no matter what!
So what do I do now. The dentist owes me $3111 in advanced money!

Very professional and friendly. Dr. Poremba took the time to discuss his findings after reviewing my x-rays. He outlined a treatment plan, and most importantly, explained why the work needed to be done, and also what would happen if the work were delayed or not completed. I got the feeling that a family member was caring for me. Dr. Poremba also explained the costs for his services, and that he will only do work that is needed, unless the patient has cosmetic work needs. Best dentist I have ever seen in Las Vegas or on the East Coast.
About Hygienist: Jackie was superb! She explained everything she was going to do prior to doing it, and was very focused about doing the best job possible. Great hygenist!

Dr. Poremba is a fantastic Dentist. He is very friendly and understands my concerns with pain and being uncomfortable at the dentist. I had my tooth extracted and he did it so quickly. I didn't even have time to feel any pain. He is great at what he does. They accept my insurance and the cost is not bad. The office is very well kept and its in a great area. I don't even live that close to the office but I am fine with the travel because of the great service.
About Hygienist: The Hygienist and the front desk receptionists are so kind. They are very welcoming and have great manners. They make the visit very fun.

Dr. Poremba & staff are the MOST caring health professionals I've ever encountered. His expertise is like finding Da Vinci among a field of Starving Artists. He's extracted, endo'd, crowned and filled for me all flawlessly & painlessly. A true find ! !

BEST dentist I have ever been to. I need pre-meds, have had facial surgery and usually hate going to the dentist. I absolutely love his manner and light tough. My son had extractions done that he described as a "piece of cake".
Highly recommended!
