Dr. Ransdell has worked at at least 3 locations in 3 years. I personally reported her to my insurance. I can only assume she has complaints everywhere she goes since she doesn't stay in one place for very long!
I received a full refund and my insurance didn't pay a dime, but the treatment still cost me 3 good teeth!

3 unnecessary crowns. My teeth look and feel worse than before. Over $800 out of pocket. I didn't know a huge chunk of my natural teeth would be drilled out. I thought they were just being prepped for fillings. The word "crown" or "onlay" was never used. I was only asked if I preferred composite, tooth- colored fillings or porcelain.

I went to Dr. Ransdell for a check up and ended up with five crowns that don't fit properly I can't bite down with out discomfort. I had never had any problems with my teeth and don't feel that I needed any of them, I am sorry I listened to her. My teeth don't line up and hurt when I bite down on something solid. I can't stress how much I would recommend against her services!

This dentist is great. She did a crown and on onlay for me and the two appointments that it took were very easy. Her shots are almost completely painless and she has a great chairside manner. Her staff are very warm and friendly. I had no pain during or after and have recommended her to everyone I know.

This doctor has taken great care of my entire family for many years. The staff and facility are great and you are always made to feel very comfortable. We have never had pain, financial surprises or any other bad experiences at this office. Dr. Ransdell is kind, gentle and compassionate.

This dentist redid veneers that another dentist did. My first set of veneers were bulky and ugly but the ones Dr. Ransdell did are absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an incredible smile and healthy teeth. Her staff are also very skilled, warm and friendly.

I loved this office. I hate going to the dentist and they made the experience so nice. I really liked the dental hygenist Holly. They never push you to get "extras" like teeth whitening and braces. I have to drive 25 minutes to get there but it is definitly worth it. I would recommend her to anyone.

Had a minute chip on front tooth, scarcely noticeable. She repeatedly asked to "fix" it. It fell off three times and the first two times, the chip became more noticeable so on the third time. I simply let it be. Also, she put a crown in on a tooth that still had infection underneath, It became horribly irritated and I then had to go to a "specialist" on the other side of town to ruin this crown by drilling into it and performing a root canal. My advice is to avoid this dentist. There are many other better dentists in town. I now go to one on W. Sahara and Ft. Apache and never had any problems...
