He knows what he's doing and does it well. His staff is a major component in the quality of the experience there. Especially their ability to navigate the insurance minefield. Top notch support.
About Hygienist: I like everyone that works there and I get the feeling they like me too. What more could you ask for?

Dr Velazquez is the most dedicated and professional dentist i have ever been to. He is "very" concerned about patient comfort. He is always updating himself on newest techniques and if a particullarly sensitive procedure was performed during the day he always follows up with a phone call at home in the evening to be sure all is well. His staff has been with him for many years and you get the feeling it is one big family. They are all very skilled from the office manager dealing with your complicated insurance to his #1 chairside girl. Although Dr. Velazquez is only covered 80% by my provider I will pay the extra expense for his expertise and tremendous chairside manner.
