I can not say enough complimentary things about Dr Pastrana. He's gentle, efficient,and fully explains what needs to be done. He puts you at ease, and painlessly completes the job at hand. I would absolutely recommend him, without hesitation. I would give him 6 stars if I could!

I have always been anxious when going to the dentist even though i never really had any problem.
I have to say Dr. Pastrana is the best! He makes you feel so relaxed, he has a great personality. I feel very comfortable and i trust his work. Highly recommend.
The problem is you must book your cleaning appointment 6mos to a year out which is hard if you should need to cancel and reschedule.

Dr. Pastrana makes me feel at ease, i never liked going to the dentist until i started going there. He has a nice personality and makes you feel comfortable. Goes out of his way to make sure you are ok during the procedure. Highly recommend for anyone who has any type of dental aniexty.

I love Dr. Pastrana. He is awesome. I have never felt comfortable with other dentists, but he really makes patients feel relaxed, and he tries to make the experience as pain free as possible. He always lets you know what he's doing, and is very nurturing. The best!!! he's really the ONLY reason I continue going to this practice.
On the other hand, Mary, the receptionist, is a bit witchy. I don't like her at all. She needs to get a job where she does not have to deal with human beings or animals. Maybe a nice bright room with a bunch of computers.
Lisa the dental assistant is okay, but she talks WAY TOO MUCH.
About Hygienist: I won't ever go to Lori again because she hurts. Every time I saw her, my teeth bled. She's very rough. She talks too much as well and in that phoney voice, "I really could care less about you, but I'm going to pretend I'm happy." Yuk! The other hygienists are good.

Dr. Pastrana is amazing. I have never liked going to the dentist but with him I truly am relaxed while sitting in the chair. I don't think I've ever experienced pain with him. Even when he gives the novocaine I really don't feel the needle.
