A kind, patient man with excellent skills and up to date capabilties. His office is fully digitized, making interaction with other medical professionals easy. His staff is polite and efficient. He is an excellent generalist.

Dr Bernstein is GREAT. His receptionist however is not. I almost hate to call to make an appointment because I have to speak to her.
