I went to Dentist Degel for a consultation ,he instead wanted to take my picture in case I am a fraudster, a terrorist or a criminal.DENTIST DEGEL IS NOT A LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENT WITHOUT PROBABLE CAUSE HE IS JUST A SMALL TIME QUEENS DENTIST WITH A DINGY OFFICE,BIGGER THAN A WHALE.....GET LOST

Thank you dr degel for giving back my smile! my dental implants are great and it was virtually Painless! i can eat eveything and have gained 10 lbs which is great i can not thank you enough ,you have changed my life ! :)

The worst experience. He's very arrogant. Doesn't ask how you're feeling and truely, only cares about the $. I would not recommend him, especially if you have anxiety or great fear of the dentist.

Greedy, sly, unprofessional, cunning, rip off artist The ADA and the state the NY board should take his license away. He is greedy, and unethical! He manipulates you when you are in pain and he exploits you, by charging astronomical fees, if he senses you are not familiar with dental procedures and related costs! During my first visit, and while he, without a surgical mask, was checking my mouth at a very close range, out of the blue, he suggested and tried to push me to try Botox injections! I decline, however, he continued the sales pitch, stopped the exam, and handed me a Botox brochure, while continuing the benefits of Botox!

About Front Desk: Rude, and well coached by Degel to demand money above all! The office is on the second floor of a walk up run down small building in Astoria NY, the office is crowded, dirty, the drop ceiling is leaking, with huge stains of dirty toilet water, from the above level. He never wears a surgical mask, when he examines your mouth, he is arrogant, and never really littens to your concerns of does he care! The only thing he cares about is MONEY without performing quality dental care or work to justify his greedy costs! I am reporting him as of this note and I will proceed with a law suit, and I have

About Hygienist: My cleaning took 5 minutes, after 5 years of not having a professional cleaning done, (the bare minimum), for $260.00! Watch out! He cemented the temporary crown of my implant, as a "new" "high end porcelain veneer", and now I am stock with it, because he made sure to cement it so hard, that when I complaint, he could not look me in the eye, and when I voice further complaints with action, he tried to remove the cheap crown, but could not, because he hard cemented it to the point where the implant was in danger of popping out...on top of that i requested my top veneer bridge to be of metal free, however, he cheated me again, with a mostly metal base veneer bridge, that non esthetically pleasing! The metal shows thru my gums!!!, however I paid ever he charged me, over 17, 000 thousand dollars! He promised to redo all my procedures at no coast, but now he has backed off! Buyer and be aware!

implants were painless & successful. The veneers on my front teeth are beautiful. My former Park Ave. dentist was also impressed with how they looked. Dr. Degel changed the length slightly and that made all the difference. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Dr. Degel is a perfectionist and I am totally satisfied with his care.

Dr. Degel seems more like a salesman then a caring dentist. Products are always pushed at you.I found the office to be dirty. Some of the staff are friendly, others not. He seems self-assured but is also a bit aggressive. I did not like my experience there.

technique is all right but his attitude and chair-side manner leave much to be desired. He has a very aggressive demeanor, which is the opposite of what I want in a dentist. He is also expensive. Great hygienist though at his office

What I liked least about the office is the rather unkempt appearance of the facility. Staff satisfactory and dentist seemed very knowledgeable.

Dr. Degel helped me attain the smile I have always dreamed of. As a healthcare worker myself, he helped me face my patients with confidence. I am extremely impressed by the outcome of his work. I would recommend Dr. Degel to anyone. In addition, for all prospective patients, I would ask them to seek his opinion and trust his judgement. Dr. Degel is a very skilled implant specialist who is very proficient in his field. Thank you Dr. Degel. Everytime I face the mirror and see my smile, I am still impressed by his work up to now.
