Fillings were performed by Dr Kruger and he was a pleasant dentist to deal with. Very knowledgable and made it very personable interaction. His staff were very well mannered and very interactive. Often asking about personal life details to make me feel at home.
About Front Desk: Front Desk was very nice and started calling me on a first name basis after they got to know me better.

STEER CLEAR OF THIS MAN!!!
I went to him for a post, after root canal. I have EXTREME dentist anxiety and usually take valium /sedation, but in 2ww, so didnt take valium. In the beginning of appt, I asked him if I could have NOVACAINE, he told me "noone needs novacaine for this procedure" again, i explained i am high anxiety, he just blew me off. he started the procedure and all was going ok, then with his drill, he hurt my tooth SO bad, i jumped. He then YELLED at me and told me "you almost broke my instruments" I started to cry hysterically, he made me feel horrible. I left there with NO post and a half @$$ed temporary filling he stuck in my tooth. When I initially CALLED for the appt, his secretary natasha told me I would have novacaine, I had specifically asked because of my anxiety. I had the feeling yesterday he was in a rush to leave workl early, since He told me I would have to set up another appointment, he didnt even offer to administer novacaine that day. He's a DIRTBAG and his staff are all rude, too. NO COMPASSION, do NOT go to him!!! I am reporting him to the American Dental Society, he should have to take courses in bedside manner, i cried for 3 hours yesterday I was so upset and traumatized!!!!!!!!

I was referred to this office from a friend and overall it's a friendly, clean office. I didn't have much pain because my teeth were in good shape. They also verified all my insurance information for me. I did not have to call up my insurance company. Office staff were nice and friendly although I didn't get a goody-bag after my cleaning and exam. I would recommend this dentist to others.

Dr. Kruger performed an after-hours (office closed and he opened to treat me) emergency root canal...I was in agony. Dr. Kruger and staff went well beyond the call of duty to help me with my pain, and treated the infection and restored my crown to my full satisfaction. Personnel in this office were very professional, considerate and compassionate. I would recommend this dentist to anyone who is looking for a dental professional who is ethical and moderately priced.

Very comfortable and friendly environment. Although the facilities do need some updating, they do use the latest technology. The dentists are very knowledgable and ready to answer any questions you may have.

I found Dr, Kruger on the list of dentists supplied by my HMO. He is the fifth dentist I have tried from that list. I left all but 1 dissatisfied. While Dr. Kruger's waiting room is small, his office manager and secretary, dental hygienist and their actual treatment --- all excel. He is higher on my list than all but 1 of the others. I had my teeth cleaned, he assessed and reviewed with me the status of my mouth - and instantly identified a series of complicated issues that I unfortunately have. He diefinitely knows what he is doing. He sent me back to my oral surgeon with recemmendations, which the oral surgeon agreed with and implemented.
About Hygienist: The dental hygienist worked with me alone for about 35 minutes, and then together with Dr. Kruger for another 10 or 15 minutes. Her manners were excellent, she was knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. She and Dr. Kruger were extemely thorough.

The wait time is usually between 20 minutes to 1 hour. Then once sitting in the chair, you are confronted by a dentist whose personality is dead. When he starts to work he is extremely rough, lacks all sympathy, and it is PAINFUL. He also asks questions like, Do you want white fillings? Your mouth is open and you are completely disoriented, so you say, Sure, not knowing that most insurance will not cover white fillings. Service prices are never discussed unless you learn, like me, to question everything including a cleaning.
