In all the years I have been a patient, I have to say that Dr. Gitlin is a wonderful dentist. The very first dentist I totally trust. The other dentists within the office are wonderful as well. Dr. Gitlin has always been caring and takes the time to explain whatever procedure I needed to get done before doing it. One of my daughters is also a patient as well as my husband; with my younger daughter soon to be a patient as well. The whole office staff are so pleasant. Nothing but wonderful experiences every time we go. They take our insurance, which is no money out of pocket.
About Front Desk: Front office staff are always so pleasant. The office as a whole are all dedicated to making sure their patients' dental hygiene is up-to-date and without problems.

I've been going to dr gitlins office for a few years now! I never see him bc he is rude , mean and rushes you out of the chair! he only wants to do it his way! then my son had to go there for an emergency apt. and he said "he usually doesn't do children but bc it hurts him so bad he will fill the cavity for him. so my son sits down and the lovely assistant gets him ready and dr gitlin comes in shoots him with the novicaine and starts to drill! he doesn't wait for it to kick in. .... nothing!!! so my son who is 8 at the time starts to cry bc it hurts ! dr gitlin keeps drilling so naturally as a mother I say something and tell him he needs to wait to kick in or he has to give him more! so he gets angry and kicks me out of the room !!! I'm his mother , he is a minor ! that should of never happened! as soon as I find a good dentist I will be taking my family of 6 else where! on the other hand dr dimitri is amazing ! he knows how to calm someone who is afraid of the dentist ! he takes his time and really does a great job! I just wish I can find the place he is at besides dr gitlins office bc I never want to give him my money again!

My daughter had to get a cavity filled. She said she wanted novacaine. He started drilling BEFORE giving her any, then when he finally did give it, he didn't wait for it to take effect. It only started working when she was DONE AND IN PAIN!
