TERRIBLE!!! He is a nice guy had an emergency and he was the closest person to me, said I had to get a root canal and a crown. I had to see an endodontist and then go back. The whole process took OVER 2 Months. Had about 8 visits combined. The ladies at the desk have a terrible attitude problem. He makes up things to add onto the bill. I just got a bill today with no explanation of why I am being billed, and this is after I paid everything. Got stuck with an emergency and now I am paying for it. Terrible experience he is a reason people dont want to go to desntists.

Terrible doctor, terrible service, painfull, no result of his treatment, he put filling on complitely sick tooth with infection instead to send me for root canal treatment. Never been in such envoirment in my entire life! Terrible!

he is extremely caring and does a good job on my teeth. every time i went to him i was never disappointed.. he's extremely gentle and will always try to give you advice about anything that concerns you.

I have known Dr. Bienenstock since I was married, over 20 years. He is one of the nicest, most responsive, decent human beings as well as being a great dentist. I could not recommend him highly enough. His office is clean, his secretaries and assistants mature and discreet.

Got severe problems after he worked on my teeth(fillings and a crown). Also a gave me hard time in getting my records. NEVER will go to him again

Found Dr. Bienenstock thru my HMO. Good chair-side manner, employs mature women for assistants and front desk help. Also has a hygienist. Was fitted for a three tooth bridge which is working out well. Price was 20% discounted because of the HMO affiliation. Good overall dentist.
