After having to change my previous dental office to a new one I came across Dr. Fryd's office. I walked by his newly renovated office and asked if he accepted my insurance of which I was happy to find out that he did. His recepionist was very helpful with booking an appointment of which I got pretty fast (thinking i would get it later in the month). As i walked in the office i was greeted by the recepionist and told to have a seat I honestly thought that i would be waiting a while to see Dr. Fryd and they called me in right away. His dental asstistant proceeded in taking my x-rays of which anyone who has taken x-rays knows that it is very uncomfortable but she made it very comfortable for me. Once I got to see him, he was absolutely friendly, he helped me understand my concerns for dental treatment. He then cleaned my teeth. I will tell you my teeth never felt so cleaned with my previous dentist, I was very pleased with his work and his bedside manners. I would recommed him to anyone.

My wife experienced the same issues with his office as I did. 1. If his office schedules a visit for you a month from the day you called, please write it down; for if you forget about it then you can forget about his office doing a follow up call to remind you the day before. I even mentioned this to him that his truly nice receptionist never does reminder calls. He claimed she does but between 6 experiences over a year they have never once called to remind you about the appointment you scheduled a month prior.2. Whatever time you schedule your appointment, say it was scheduled for 1PM, be prepared to wait at a least one hour to two hours to be seen. It was this very thing of making patients wait so far beyond your appointed time that lead me to believe that most of his patients are coming from some government funded program - as another reviewer stated on their review. 3. When your finally seen all that time you spent waiting will be rewarded with DDS Fryd going as fast as he possibly can. The first time he cleaned my teeth he had me done in 5mins. AVOID. SERIOUSLY DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

Great Dentist. I had to have two root canals and two crowns done and they came out great. I would highly recommend him. His office staff also helped me with my insurance and explained my coverage to me.

This was the first time that I've seen Dr. Fryd.. First and foremost his new office is BEAUITFUL he has the lastest dental instruments and digital xrays which is a plus for me. Dr. Fryd had very good chair side manners. I was given a dental cleaning, exam and some fillings. I was very pleased with the work I highly recommend Dr. Fryd.

Dr Murray Fryd is the best dentist that i have come to know. He helped me get over my fears of dentist and giving me the best SMILE i could ask for and he is very gentle to the touch. His fees are very good compared to the other dentist i've seen.

Chair side manners like a fast food restaurant and office was freezing. I have heard of 1950s style restaurants but 1950s style dentists. Still uses amalgam fillings

Do NOT Recommend.
This was my first appointment so I requested cleaning, check-up and x-ray to be taken.
When I went in, he quickly took a look at my teeth in his 70's looking mold-smelling treatment room and cleaned my teeth with paste, which took about 3 minutes. Even though I told him (with much eagerness) that one particualr tooth that was hurting needed to be checked, he resisted to take an x-ray and insisted that everything looked fine.
Equipment is old so is the office. He also takes more than one patient at a time so it didn't seem like he was willing to take the time to explain what was being done.
It's MY tooth that is in pain and I don't understand why he was trying to convince me otherwise. He probably hates his job but does it for money.
