Dr. Lieberman has been treating me for years; his office is across the street from my apartment. He's a pleasant, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable dentist. His wife handles the appointments and is unfailingly polite and accommodating. They keep to their schedule like clockwork. In about 20 visits I've never waited more than 5 minutes. Usually my appointment begins exactly on time. The waiting room is ordinary and comfortable. Lieberman also has Sunday hours, which is convenient. His hygienist is pretty good, not brutal on your teeth and gums like some hygienists are. My cost for cleanings and x-rays has always been 100% covered by my insurance, and Lieberman's office bills my insurer directly. I don't pay a dime or fill out paperwork. Super convenient. If I recall correctly, the office got a new digital x-ray machine last year; I haven't seen any evidence of outdated equipment. My wife and mother are also patients of Dr. Lieberman. They're happy with him as well. When I asked for a referral to an orthodontist, Dr. Lieberman recommended Irwin Kolin, who proved to be excellent. Overall I have only praise and no complaints.
About Front Desk: There's one person: the dentist's wife. She does a great job running the office and handling the insurance stuff.

Really nice husband/wife team, but office is dirty, equipment appears to be from the '50s, and it's quite expensive. I did not get the feeling that he was all that precise/careful at what he did, although he is a legitimately nice guy. I think there are better choices if you need anything beyond a simple cleaning.
