Yes, you will save some money seeing Dr. Lum but you will eventually pay the price. His poor dental work cost me over $5,000.00 to fix. My new dentist agreed the problem I had was due to past bad dental work. I tried telling him for over a year the crown he gave me was not a good fit and I had pain. It eventually lead to a lot more pain, infection and tooth extraction.
Also, getting a cleaning from another dentist is a completely different experience. Lum's cleanings were rushed and NOT thorough.

O NOT go to this dentist. He is was very nice but he destroyed all of my top teeth w caps that were placed incorrectly. As time passed, all my teeth rotted underneath I even had a cancer scare because I developed huge cysts that were very painful. I had to have all my teeth removed and have to wear a denture. Obviously, I had to go to another dentist. I had several consults and they all said the same thing about the caps he put. They even showed me on the xray. It's been very hard because I'm still young. He didn't even bother to help me by giving me implants so I won't have to wear a denture. If you want to end up like me run in the other direction. I cldnt even sue him bevuz the attorneys said that I didn't have a permanent injury like cancer. Unbelievable!!! I lost my teeth which I religiously took care of.

I needed to get crowns on my 2 front teeth and dr. lum made my teeth look beautiful at about 2/3 the cost of other dentists i had consulted with. he was also very knowledgeable and gentle. i've been plagued with dental problems my whole life, and dr. lum is the first dentist i've found in new york who i'm happy with.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lum for over 10 years. His professionalism and expetise keeps me coming back for more dental treatment. Dr. Lum is the only dentist where I would let my children go to, as I did. Keep up the good work!!!

Very long waiting time, no apology for delay, spent five minutes total cleaning my daughter's teeth and talking to her.
