Went for chipped tooth.
I wasn't seated until 45 minutes past my appointment time & moved to two different exam rooms (an employee was napping on one of the chairs).
My x-ray records got mixed up with another patient, resulting in a second round of x-rays.
X-rays revealed minor cavities on the top & bottom, receptionist had me make two followup appointments. Dr. Dung Nguyen seemed very rushed when I asked questions about the chipped tooth that was my reason for making the appointment in the first place.
First followup, wasn't seated until 40 minutes past my appointment time. The receptionist said the Dr. would be able to get all my work done in one appointment, which was good news.
However, when I was seated, the hygienist asked which half of the work I wanted done. I said both.
Dr. Dung Nguyen entered, and asked which half of the work I wanted done. I told him about what the receptionist said.
He said, "Forget what (receptionist's name) said."
I was told doing the top and bottom required anesthetic that would created a dangerous risk of self-biting.
I walked out & asked for my x-rays. They charged me $35 despite my insurance covering it.
A second opinion on my teeth found the self-biting explanation ridiculous.
About Front Desk: Completely unreasonable wait times. Gives conflicting information. Blaring loud TV. Very stuffy waiting room--the AC had been turned off the day before.
