I've known Dr. Ottenio for about 3 years. Dr. Ottenio is always kind and cheery with her patients and always answers all my questions. I have never gone discontent as I did to my previous dentist. The wait time is typically 30 min. to an hour but we are kept entertained with the news or soap operas on TV, so it doesn't really feel long for me. The front desk is also great. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ottenio to others. My little sister actually goes to another dentist at the same center but I have younger cousins who see her and love getting their teeth checked out.
