Dr Galati is such a funny,nice,caring man. The receptionist(SUSAN) however is a nightmare. She is rude on the phone and in person. Her attitude is out of control. I wonder how they keep bringing in new patients with her answering the phone. If it wasn't for Dr Galati I would never go back there.
