terrible service when I attempted to go to my follow up appointment, but being 15 min late due to my sick 2 year old and current pregnancy, I was refused to be seen. this is all in context of an empty waiting room and a dentist clearly not so busy that the receptionist could turn to ask if I would be let in as a patient. To add to this, I purposefully had this day off of work to attend this appointment. Will be finding another dentist.
oh and by the way, they spent that first appointment trying to sell me Invisalign.

Dr. Berardi was referred to me by one of his patients that have been seeing him for 15 years or so. dr. Berardi's great. He explains throughly all the work he is going to do and he's driven by his work, not by his wallet. Very relaxing and very patient man.
