I "saw" Dr. Sarner on two occasions in his Manhattan (UWS) office.. Because he took my Delta Dental insurance and at the time had an impressive website I scheduled an appointment. However, I don't think I ever saw him specifically as a dentist, and both times I went in, I saw a different dentist. While I am young and take care of my teeth well, I think consistency is important and up front honesty as well. As part of customer service, I asked both times to schedule a 6-month follow-up and both times was told I'd get a letter in the mail to remind me to do so. I have never received that letter.
About Hygienist: The hygienists on both occasions did a decent cleaning job. However, neither time were good tips provided about how I am keeping up with my oral hygiene. Feedback is welcomed most of the time.

I have been going to Dr. Sarner's office for 3 years. I picked his office out of convenience for it is close to my job. I was lucky to have picked him.
His office is clean and inviting. His staff is polite and helpful and the Docs know what they are doing.
He makes you feel comfortable by explaining your situation and takes into consideration your questions and worries. He isn't about robbing you toothless like many car mechanics. If it ain't broke, Dr. Sarner won't fix it.

I've been going to Dr. Sarner for several years and have always been incredibly satisfied with the level of care and service I received. I would recommend him without reservation.

I love my dentist! I am dental phobic and avoided the dentist for over 12 years. I was tortured by my childhood dentist. Dr. Sarner and his staff are so skilled that there is no need to be anxious. He is painless and patient about my anxiety. Better yet, he takes many insurance plans. The office is very low key and you are bound to see a Jet player while there as Dr. Sarner is the dentist for the Jets and does restoritive dentistry. I promise, you won't be dissapointed. He also has an office in NYC, this was his Dads practice too.
