Worst office staff.Careless treatment. Stay away! most treatment is by staff.
About Front Desk: Nightmare, lie about insurance coverage for procedures. Do procedures that are not covered by insurance after they are" approved" and you have to pay when insurance is rejected
About Hygienist: Too many sales pitches for unnecessary products. Tremendously overpriced electric toothbrushes etc. All about sales

This practice has turned into sales. Every time I go they try to sell you something or talk you into extra services. BEWARE. Used to be good, but in the last year it has really changed.

I strongly suggest people NOT go to this dentist!!! The office staff leaves alot to be desired and the woman at the front desk bullies you into keeping your appointments. I called to reschedule because of a snowstorm and the woman bullied me into keeping the appt because they couldn't fill my slot. I live 40 minutes away and I told her that and she told me to go slow. Other patients are making it in she said. They obviously care about the almight buck more than their patients safety. It was a crown appointment so I am sure they just wanted my $1500.00. Not cool. Stear clear of this dentist!!!!!
