On January 17th I had an appointment w Dr. ...Steinberg. I was having reoccurring issues w a bridge she had put in 3 months prior. A bridge that was fully paid for to the time of $6,000. Having paid such a steep cost it is within reason that I be satisfied with the finished product and service I receive while in your office. When I was discussing my discontent w the doctor her answer was to blame me and berate me over poor oral care. To talk down to me and shame me in the office is uncalled for and unacceptable.
I requested my dental records on Feb 3 via notarized letter (per Irma's instruction). As stated above, my bridge is broken and I can't bite down on foot I need my dental records to bring to a new dentist. I have called once a week since then to follow up on when I will receive my records only to be told they are "in process". I called today to follow up and was accused of harrassment and I was hung up on. I called back thinking the line was disconnected- bc what professional office would hang up on someone - and was told that I was in fact hung up and was hung up on again. She has no remorse for this failed bridge and no professionalism.

Do not go to this dentist. She is horrible with children, does not believe in soothing patients and will do whatever she feels is right no matter what the parents say.
